Boundless Joy

Boundless Joy.
On the Ocean of Bliss
my Heart rides out to you, Lord.

You are my comfort, my truth, and my Being.
Within you, surrounded by you
we are One.

The Ocean is endless. The Light is within,
there is naught but Truth,
and the Sky is the rim
of limitless Freedom;
for thus, I am Here:

To be Light, to be Love,
and thus, to be Free.

[The above version is what I wrote down first, although before writing it down, I imagined the third line would go rather into the direction as follows, so I wrote the following verses in order to see what would happen then (as I did not write it down immediately, I am not sure what it would have been, if I had):]

Boundless Joy.
On the Ocean of Bliss
my Heart rides out to you, Lord;
dissolving the patterns
that limit my watch.

Within me, there is Love.
Without me, there IS
the One. My Heart.
They meet.
And all
is fine. / One
in ItSelf.

[“is fine” and “One in ItSelf” are alternatives, I have not decided for now, as to which to use, so here are they both.]

Joy and Dance

In the context of reading this article and a question here, I wrote:

Dance the dance of Joy,

dance the Freedom of your Love.

Dance the dance, no fear be nigh;

dance the dance, and from above

Heaven will its blessings bring. Heaven be thy Star;

dance the dance, infinity

brings the Light – no dark

shall rise again.

In you, there is but Freedom.

In you does Love prevail.

In you is precious Freedom;

in you does Love prevail.

Learning through Joy

I just heard the new talk (July 2011) of Eckhart Tolle, with Marianne Williamson as a guest, author of, int. al, the book “A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of  ‘A Course in Miracles‘”.

Quoting or referring to the Course in Miracles, she mentioned something, which actually, I noticed, I seem never, for my own “spiritual” life, to have considered: It is up to us, whether we learn through joy or through pain. While as a language teacher, I have always maintained that joy in learning was important, it seems that, as to the spiritual path, I had lost awareness, that we do not need to learn through pain, but that we can also learn through joy.

I hope that from now on my life will rather take that course, then the opposite – or, maybe better still, that of Peace. But, then, the Source should have been reached.

If anyone of my readers has an example of learning life lesson’s by joy, please post int he comments, if adequate. Thank you in advance !
